"The Moevai" is the main restaurant of
Hilton Hotel Tahiti. Built over the resort’s
lagoon, its name, quite appropriately, means,
"Quiet Water" and the menu specializes in fresh
seafood for lunch and dinner. The decor
creatively celebrates the island environment as
does its menu, with both island and
international cuisine offered.
Relax and soak up the sunshine in the open-air
terrace restaurant, La Terrasse. Enjoy
lunch or light snack and cool down with a choice
of delicious fruity drinks. Sip a classic
cocktail while you gaze out over the sparkling
waters of the lagoon.
And Quinn's Sunset Bar is open every day
