Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort

Sofitel Ia Ora, entirely renovated, is located on the edge of a magnificent lagoon, on the most beautiful beach on Moorea and features 95 bungalows including 39 built over the water. Located on the quiet north east coast of Moorea , the hotel benefits from 14 hectares of luxurious and fragrant vegetation including frangipani trees and ylang ylang. The hotel is located 5 min from the airport, 7 min from the harbour and features 2 restaurants, one of which serves gourmet cuisine, and 1 bar on the beach. . one restaurant is located in landscaped gardens overlooking a lillyfilled pond, the other directly over the waters edge.

It's also the only hotel with a view of Tahiti, whose green, cloud-topped mountains seem to climb out of the horizon beyond the reef.

The hotel comprises 114 rooms as follow:

52 Deluxe Garden Bungalows	The Garden Bungalows are all well spaced apart and set in a large landscaped coconut filled lawn area, either side of the main restaurants and reception.
8 Superior Beach Bungalows	These spacious bungalows are situated beachfront and overlook the lagoon.
15 Deluxe Beach Bungalows	These bungalows are well appointed by the white sandy beach overlooking the blue turquoise lagoon of Moorea.
20 Overwater bungalows	All overwater are air conditioned. Most of them face the lagoon rather than Tahiti.
19 Deluxe Overwater bungalows	These spacious bungalows over the water are well appointed and facing the blue turquoise lagoon. Each unit has a in-floor viewing platform and a direct access to the lagoon.

Restaurant La Perouse - 170 seats facing the tropical gardens and ocean view. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and Diner a la carte. You can enjoy weekly buffet and nightly entertainment and shows.

Restaurant Le Molokai - 120 seats intimately situated overlooking the lagoon with an open terrace featuring lunch and diner a la carte as well as snacks.
